When UCalgary launched its new 7-year institutional strategy, Student Experience & Support built a department strategy to match — and needed it to feel like more than a document.

We crafted an illustration suite and animation set that conveys the plan's essence: guiding principles and phases each given their own animated identity, plus diagrams, covers, and banners that carried the engagement and launch.

Strategic plans are where good intentions usually go to be formatted; illustration and motion kept this one alive through consultation, launch, and rollout.
