We were hired to take the existing massive investment profile, strip it down and rework it with a modern look and feel, while also incorporating new elements from Terrace's online Economic Development tools.

This made for a considerably more engaging and accessible document that better showcases reasons to invest in the area. Further, it becomes more manageable, enabling Terrace to easily update content as required in the future.
