We were tasked by one of Canada’s largest tourism operators to develop an inspiring digital information architecture, targeted at potential and existing guests about the company’s various product offerings, to help capitalize on everything from website visits to visits in-person.
The deliverables were multichannel and targeted a wide demographic range; and so, needed to include creative copy content, smart visuals, and timeless messaging. Using a combination of systems thinking and design talent, we also helped craft an online interface that is decreasing lost digital checkout revenue while increasing the likelihood of greater time and money spent at Pursuit’s properties.
